Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the permitted use of our website and how enquiries about our services are handled. They do not replace a separate agreement for services.

1. About BOLD

This website, https://boldagency.marketing, is operated under the BOLD brand by Keita Zviedre, an individual based in Riga, Latvia.

Contact: bold.smm.agency@gmail.com

2. Information About Our Services

Our website presents our creative and digital marketing services, portfolio and examples of previous work.

Service descriptions explain the types of support available. The exact services, deliverables, responsibilities and timetable for each project are agreed individually.

We may update our services and website content. Changes to the website do not alter an existing signed agreement.

3. Prices and Quotations

Prices displayed as “from” are starting prices for the scope described, not a quotation for every project.

Your final price depends on the agreed requirements, complexity and scope of work. Before you commit, we will provide an individual proposal or agreement explaining the applicable price, payment terms, tax treatment and any additional costs.

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, domain registration and other third-party costs will be identified separately where applicable.

There is no checkout or automatic purchase facility on this website.

4. Enquiries and Project Agreements

Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation or contacting us through email or messaging services does not place an order, reserve project capacity or create an obligation to purchase.

An acknowledgement of your enquiry is not acceptance of a project.

Before work starts, we agree the scope, pricing and other project terms in a separate cooperation agreement. That agreement explains when the engagement takes effect and any conditions for starting work.

For services provided under that agreement, its terms govern the project, subject to applicable mandatory law.

5. Portfolio and Performance Examples

Portfolio materials and case studies illustrate work completed for particular projects.

Results relate to the circumstances and reporting periods described. They are not a promise that another project will achieve the same outcome.

Marketing performance may depend on factors such as the offer, budget, audience, competition, website experience, sales process and third-party platforms.

Nothing in this section limits an express commitment in your project agreement or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, designs, photographs, videos and other materials belong to BOLD, its clients or the relevant licensors.

You may browse the website, share links and retain reasonable copies for your own reference when considering our services.

You must not reproduce, sell, redistribute or use website materials commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Displaying client work does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse it. Ownership and permitted use of work created for your project are addressed in your separate agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website to:

  • Submit unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately misleading information
  • Send spam or malicious files
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website
  • Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights

When contacting us on behalf of another person or business, you should have authority to share the information you provide.

Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information through the initial enquiry form.

8. External Websites and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or communication services, including WhatsApp and Telegram.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability or data-processing practices.

A link does not imply endorsement unless we expressly state otherwise.

9. Availability and Responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

If you notice an error, please contact us. Confirm project-specific information with us before relying on it to make a business decision.

Our responsibility for services is addressed in the relevant project agreement.

Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website and our enquiry channels.

Information about cookies and tracking technologies is provided through the Cookie Policy and any applicable consent controls.

These website terms do not constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing communications.

11. Consumer Rights

We may provide services to businesses and to individuals acting outside their trade or profession.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Nothing in these terms or a separate agreement removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where required, we will provide information about cancellation or withdrawal rights and any request to begin work during a withdrawal period before the service agreement is concluded.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These website terms are governed by Latvian law.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to contact a competent authority or bring proceedings before a court available to you under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The latest version will appear on this page with its update date.

Updates do not retrospectively change an existing project agreement.
