Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how the BOLD Agency website currently uses cookies and similar browser technologies, and what will change if optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on a visitor's device. Similar technologies include local storage and other browser-based identifiers. They can support essential functionality, remember preferences, measure traffic or enable advertising, depending on how a website is configured.

2. Current Use on This Website

BOLD Agency does not currently enable Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Vercel Web Analytics or other optional analytics, advertising or preference trackers on this website.

The website does not store booking-form entries or campaign parameters in cookies, local storage or session storage. It also does not use browser storage to create advertising profiles about visitors.

Portfolio video previews do not load the YouTube player automatically. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player is requested only after a visitor chooses to play a video.

3. Essential Security Technologies

The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile processes limited browser, device and request signals and returns a short-lived verification token. The server may also send the requesting IP address to Cloudflare when validating that token. BOLD Agency does not use Turnstile for advertising or audience measurement.

Depending on Cloudflare's applicable security configuration, Turnstile or another Cloudflare challenge may use strictly necessary security storage, such as a clearance cookie, to record that a security check has been completed. Such storage is used for security and is not used by BOLD Agency for advertising.

Vercel may process ordinary request and hosting-log information when delivering the website, and Neon stores short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit records for form security. These server-side activities do not by themselves place analytics or advertising cookies in the visitor's browser.

4. Campaign Attribution

If a landing-page address contains standard utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term or utm_content parameters, the website keeps those values only in temporary in-memory interface state while the open website remains active. If the visitor submits the booking form, the available parameters are included with the enquiry so BOLD Agency can understand which campaign led to the request.

A full page reload clears the in-memory copy, although parameters still present in the reloaded address may be read again. Closing the website also clears the copy. No analytics or advertising script is activated merely because campaign parameters are present.

5. Embedded YouTube Videos

When you select Play on an embedded portfolio video, your browser connects to youtube-nocookie.com to deliver the requested content. YouTube may process technical request data and, after interaction with the player, may use cookies or similar browser storage under Google's and YouTube's policies.

You can avoid this connection by not activating the video. The rest of the case page remains available without loading the YouTube player.

6. Consent for Optional Technologies

Because the website does not currently load optional analytics, advertising or preference trackers automatically, it does not display a site-wide cookie-consent banner. Third-party YouTube players are instead activated individually by the visitor.

If BOLD Agency introduces non-essential cookies, pixels or comparable tracking technologies, the Privacy Policy and this Cookie Policy will be updated and consent controls will be added where required before those technologies are activated. Declining optional technologies will not prevent access to the website's main public content.

7. Browser Controls and Policy Changes

Visitors can inspect, block or delete cookies through their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary security storage may affect form verification or other functionality, but the main public pages do not currently depend on optional cookies.

This policy will be reviewed whenever analytics, embedded third-party media, form providers or other services are introduced or materially changed. Questions can be sent to bold.smm.agency@gmail.com.
